You can contact us by any of the convenient ways: communication form, Skype, Telegram.
In the first letter, you need to specify all the necessary information about your project: its theme and genre, type and approximate scope of work to get done, a description of the timing and budget. It is also very important to provide a technical task – this will greatly facilitate the process of cooperation.
If you don’t know how to compose it correctly or you experience any difficulties – we will be happy to help you! Download the template and an example of the technical task for creating a sound system by clicking here.
We find a common language with any representative of the industry, whether it is a large company, an independent studio or a student project. Please feel free to submit your projects!
We have a closer look on the technical task (or we help you with its finalization); prepare possible questions and suggestions on the document; generate the first ideas for further discussion.
After approval of all the key details of the project, the client makes an advance payment of 50% of price of the first service.
Based on the received approved information, the composer or sound designer starts to work.
It is very important for us to maximize the client's involvement in the process of creating a sound system. It is for this purpose that we regularly provide intermediate development results, as well as we expect timely and sincere feedback.
We stand for a constant, most honest dialogue between the developer and the client, and we believe that it is the key to the project success.
At this stage, as a customer you need to be particularly attentive in evaluating demos. It is important to understand that they don’t have a final sound and are just a demonstration of the progress of development. The number of free edits per audio file is five, although experience shows that usually there is no need in this many.
With the help of streaming services, such as Soundcloud and PiBox, we conduct a demonstration of all audio files created for the project. Also we make the last adjustments if necessary.
After the final approval of the project results, the client pays the remaining 50% of the previously agreed amount.
We send all the created audio files in the required formats to the client.
The client evaluates the work done: listens on how all sound files interact in the context of his project.
At this stage, you have the last opportunity to make free corrections.
The client accept the whole project or a specific task. In the latter case, the team proceeds to the next scheduled task and the cycle repeats from the moment of making an advance payment for the specific service.
